Warranty & Return



3 Days No Reason Return

 

For whatever reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 3 days and the product is still in brand new condition and with its original packaging, you can return it to us (need send back all parts) for a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.


Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 3 days of the order being received.


Note: We cannot refund your order if we don’t receive your returned package.

 


7 Days DOA Product Guarantee

 

If the item(s) you received is/are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received.

After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a partial/full refund.

 

Note: Please follow our warranty process:

1.    Provide your order number and product code (SKU number)

2.    Send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received. 

 

For the packages not containing all the ordered items

It is likely you received a partial shipment. This means one or more of the items in your order is not currently available so the in-stock portion of your order was sent first. The rest of your order will be sent later. If you did not receive a partial shipment and are in fact missing an item then please contact us within 7 days of the order being received.

 


Repair Policy in Warranty Period

 

Most of the products are guaranteed with one-year warranty, spare parts with seven-day warranty.

 

Returnable Situation

1.    Unusable condition. If any of your purchases is damaged within warranty period by non-human factors, please kindly provide us with proof as below: pictures, videos to show the product now is defective. After informing us and getting confirmation from us, you can send the items back for repairing (you should pay the shipping fees for returning). Or you can choose to get a partial/full refund or a new item after confirming by our sales manager.

 

Repairable, Non Refundable Situation

1.    Artificial factor (including Disassembly; Misuse, unofficial firmware or software modifications or any others causes of damage are not covered; Drops or falls; Water damage: Being dropped in water, rain, fog or mist droplets, spilling liquid on the phone; or other man-made damage).

2.    Any scratch or damage on packaging and appearance

3.    Any scratch or damage on the screen and motherboard, other unauthorized third-party repairs

4.    Packages and accessories were not included when send back

After contact with our sales manager, you can send the items back for repairing, but you need to cover the return shipping fees, reship fees, maintenance cost.

 

Non Repairable, Non-returnable Situation

1.    Not order from us

2.    Expired warranty or issues not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty

 


Warranty Exemptions and Notes

 

Warranty Exemptions

1.    Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.

2.    If you have disassembled, misused or other man-made damaged the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.

 

Notes

1.    You need to provide a clear photo or video showing the product problem/order/SKU number. Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s).

2.    Notification of Cellmost.com is required before all returns. Please inform our sales manager in advance. He / She will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be marked clearly on the returning box. A box without RMA number is not acceptable.

3.    Returns should be made by mail postal service, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on a related website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China’s side.

4.    We reserve the right to reject services that would void the warranty and return policy, or if the products are damaged by customer.

5.    The return shipping cost chart is for reference only. The actual price will vary depending on the country, region and shipping method. If you are not sure with the costs, please feel free to confirm with our sales manager.

6.    For No Reason Return, you need to ensure that the items must be in new condition and with its original packaging. Opened boxes of products are not returnable.

7.    All returns will be checked by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned product cannot be repaired, Cellmost will provide an alternative solution.
